Turn Around Times
Jobs start once the job is paid in full and proofs have been approved. See times below for more information on each medium:
APPAREL: Current turnaround is 10 days, depending on availability of inventory.
FLAT STOCK: Current turnaround is 10 days.
Broadsheet Posters: Current turnaround time is 30 days.
LP Jackets: Current turnaround time is 45 days.
All artwork should be 300-600 DPI. All fonts should be outlined if using a vector file, or rasterized for photoshop files. Please keep your artwork on a separate layer from the template layer.
We do not charge setup or extra fees beyond what is quoted in our price sheets.
Supplying your own papers/shirts
We accept customer provided papers & shirts for jobs. You must include 10% overs. Ask us what a 10% over would be for your job.
Will you help me with design work?
No. We do not offer design services.
You will be billed via email. You can pay via cash, credit card, Paypal or Venmo.
How can I pick up? Do you ship?
You can always pickup at our shop. Please schedule a time and do not show up and call! We may not be in the shop! We are always happy to ship anywhere in the USA, Canada, Mexico & most of Europe and Asia as well. Please contact us for shipping quotes for your job ahead of placing your order.
PRE-PRODUCTION: Orders which are cancelled at any point before the artwork proof has been approved, are entitled to a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee as well as any fees incurred for design work.
IN-PRODUCTION, BUT PRE-PRINTING: Cancellation of any order which has already been marked as being IN PRODUCTION, but not printed yet, are entitled to a refund of the project total minus the cost of any ordered stock, as well as any fees incurred for design work.
POST-PRINTING: No cancellations will be accepted once printing or any manipulation of the product stock has been initiated.
Replacements & Refunds
We do not refund misprints or mistakes caused by customer error. However, in the case of a major mistake, please contact us within 5 business days of arrival to discuss a solution.
